We met Christina over the telephone while we were inquiring into a property her agency had listed.  Since we live in Northern Virginia and were relocating to Salt Lake City, Ut, our contact for the first couple of months as over the phone.  When we traveled to Utah to look at homes, we finally met her.  She exceeded our expectations in every way.  She worked tirelessly for us.  She is energetic, motivated and goes the extra mile in everything she does.  One very important quality she has is persistence and tenacity. She is truly a self-motivated realtor and always has the clients best interest at heart.

From the minute Christina met my husband and I, she was immediately asking questions and listening in multiple ways in order to quickly size up the situation. She was interested in more than simply where we wanted to live and square footage, but she wanted to figure out the right kind of feel and atmosphere we needed - ranging from which direction the light was coming into the house down to the mood that the landscaping created in order to find us the "perfect home". We were under a time crunch and were willing to compromise, but Christina wouldn't allow it. Although she could have placed us in a number of houses that fit the bill, instead, she worked tirelessly from early morning until well into the night to find the perfect home by our deadline.

The combination of Christina's breadth of experience and her exceedingly high standards saved us from making mistakes in areas we hadn't considered. For example, we spent lots of time in and around a house that was set on a through street but that we really wanted to work for us. When Christina could sense we were compromising on privacy in order to get the floor plan we liked, she insisted we drive along that through street during the morning and evening rush hours. Needless to say, had it not been for her ability to keep even the simplest things in perspective, we would have suffered in a loud, busy and dangerous area.

When we actually found that "perfect home" Christina had talked about but we hadn't thought existed - the specifics around purchasing it were daunting. When we told her "this is the one"; without the slightest hesitation Christina looked us in the eye and said she would make sure it happened. She was true to her word from beginning to end.

You will rarely find anyone in business, let alone this business, who has the ethical standards and honest, truthful approach in sincerely helping people find that place that is a real home.
