The statistics service that we provide on a monthly basis thru this market talks and relates to relative trends that are occurring across the state. We focus on the price per sq footage, actual homes that are being sold via the National Associations of Realtors membership and our local listing services that I am a member of. I do show you facts about recent sales in specific areas, what price range is selling predominantly, the cycle of how long a home is on the market and we do compare market trends based on quarters of recent years. Yes, we have been in a declining market for some time nationally and selling/buying conditions have been on a down turn for some time.
